That’s why we have two gorgeous, completed model homes (and a third on the way!) for you to tour.

Our Murphy II Model, located in Galena, Ohio, is a luxurious 2,597 square feet with three beds and two baths, all on one floor. Our Oakside A Model is located in Sunbury, Ohio, and features four bedrooms and three and a half baths in a generous 3,412 square foot floor plan. We’ll be rounding out our model homes with a Novarra Spec Model in autumn of 2017, in Medina, Ohio.
