Community Description:
Saddlebrook Farms offers two acre estate lots utilizing septics and wells. The surrounding land on three sides is currently used as agricultural land with home sites.
Saddlebrook Farms was an 80 acre horse farm situated in north eastern Fairfield county. The farm was built and owned by the Kauffman family for over 25 years.
The gently rolling meadows drain towards a 3 acre pond that is spring fed and surrounded by trees as well. This pond and the surrounding area will be reserved as an open space and park for use by the future residents. This park will have a road along one side so that every one in the community will pass it as they drive to and from their homes.
