As a fifth-generation family-owned homebuilder, we have developed and refined our Customer Focused Quality Process to ensure that you are involved at every critical stage of construction and to ensure your home is of the highest quality possible. Specifically, the process involves these steps:

Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you meet with Your Supervisor and Your Customer Care Specialist to introduce the construction team and to review your home and to answer any questions regarding the construction timetable.

Pre-Drywall Walk-through
Prior to drywall installation, your supervisor gives you a guided tour, allowing you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, verify optional features you have selected, and ask questions.

Quality Assurance Inspection
A separate quality assurance group with highly trained personnel who specialize in structures, mechanicals, and water & air intrusion will run your home through a meticulous process where over 70 individiual items are tested. This group assures that every home we build is as good as or better than our model homes.

Homeowner Orientation
When your home is finished, a DiYanni Homes Warranty Technician will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

30-Day Review
Once you are all settled in, we check back by dropping by to ensure your continued satisfaction.

6-Month Review
To reinforce our commitment to your satisfaction, we schedule a service check approximately six months after closing.

11-Month Review
Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.

Your Own Supervisor
You will be assigned your own Supervisor who will work with you from start to finish on your new home. He will become your point of contact throughout your home’s construction process and will talk with you regularly to keep you informed of the status of your home.

Customer Call Center
Our customer call center will be available to answer any questions you may have about your new home.

Pre-Construction Conference
Prior to the start of your construction, your Supervisor will meet with you to discuss your specific house plans, including how your home will be built and positioned on the site, and to review the construction schedule and answer any questions you may have.

New Home Orientation
Once your new home is completed, you, your Supervisor, and a Warranty Technician will meet for a “walk through” and review of your home, inside and out. In addition to taking care of any corrections or modifications that are needed, they will answer any questions your have and show you how to operate and take care of your new home.

Homeowner Service After The Sale
Our Name is on Every Home. DiYanni Homes is committed to servicing your new home. We will contact you at regular intervals to schedule service inspections where we will answer any questions and review any items that need service.
