Our collection of multi-generational floor plans offer versatility with spaces marked as first-floor in-law suites, studies or guest rooms that can be designed for a guest of any age or ability. These plans each include four or more bedrooms and start at 2,586 square feet giving you space to spread out, but staying together. Keep in mind that all plans can be modified to meet your needs. We understand that every family is unique, and there are specific things you want.
